- Send introduction emails to all parties
- Review contracts, counteroffers, addendums and disclosures for compliance and proper execution
- Open escrow
- Securely collect and distribute all documentation
- Track deposits and contractual timelines
- Communicate closely and frequently with all parties, with agent instructions
- Track contingencies and due dates
- Coordinate all signatures in accordance with agent instructions
- Provide key updates
- Forward commission instructions for Broker's signature
- Submit documentation for broker file compliance

- Upload documents to the West USA Dashboard.
- Send weekly updates on file requirements needed.
- For small additional fee prepare Listing Documents & send to the Seller for required signature via Transaction Desk and/or Breeze.
- Payment required via Transaction Management system.
$300
- Upload documents to the West USA Dashboard.
- Send introductory email to all parties.
- Open Escrow, if applicable.
- Send weekly updates on file requirements needed.
- For additional fee prepare Contract Documents & send to the Buyer and/or Seller for required signature via Transaction Desk and/or Breeze.
- Payment collected via West USA upon successful closing.
- Should the transaction cancel a $100 payment required via Transaction Management system.
